Scope of the project:

o The agency needs the service of a mid to Senior level BI/Tableau Admin. The candidate will be responsible for platform administration, incident management, troubleshooting, user support, monitoring, and ensuring the reliability of business-critical reporting and analytics services. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security in Dev Test and Production environments and Support and troubleshoot Azure SQL Database and MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments and integrations impacting reporting platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

GDOL seeks a Senior level Program Manager to lead day-to-day program coordination and delivery oversight for the UI Inspire initiative. The Program Manager will work closely with GDOL leadership, the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), vendor teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of modernization milestones, federal readiness compliance, and successful go-live of the new UI platform targeted for September 2026. This role will also ensure a successful transition of the platform to maintenance and operations in the following months.

Key Responsibilities

Help Desk Technician

Scope of the project:

o The agency needs to engage the service of a Help Desk Technician consultant position. The candidate will provide telephone and remote control support for level one computer issues and participate in the processing and maintenance of DCF User Administration forms. A primary focus of this candidate will be receiving forms for agency staff, verifying completeness, making necessary changes to system administration and proper retention of the forms. The Board of Regents – University System of Georgia (USG) is seeking consulting services to assist with completing a priority project to migrate IBM Cognos reports to Microsoft Power BI along with additional Power BI dashboard development work within our Enterprise Data Management and Analytics (EDMA) team. The first priority is to migrate all production Cognos reports to Power BI. Currently we have approximately 400 Cognos reports with Oracle databases serving as the data source. The Cognos reports are used to support data collections managed by EDMA team and self-service reports to support the USG system office. The consultant will be responsible for migrating Cognos reports by developing equivalent or enhanced Power BI dashboards. All development work will follow established EDMA development practices and framework, organizational data governance policies and meet ADA Title II compliance requirements.
