This contract position is needed for ongoing development and support for the early care and education systems. System assignments will include maintaining and updating the SC DSS child and adult care food (CACFP) program and will serve as a member of the team. This position may be assigned to additional system development projects as needed to support the agency and the early care education program.

Candidate should be expert coder in both visual interfaces and web services construction.
In addition, they should be expert in the most effective and efficient product development using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017/19, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 3 or higher, jQuery, .NET, MS SQL 2016 (or higher, with knowledge of Always Encrypted processes).2014 enterprise server and TFS (Team Foundation Server), Web API, and WCF services.
This includes code development, unit testing, source code management, build management, integration testing, and deployment.
This position will need to have in-depth knowledge of Type Scripting and Angular 9 & 11, since this will be the primary programing language used.
This contract position is needed for ongoing development of external/internal facing portal, child and adult care food (CACFP) Apps & Claims Module; CACFP Compliance Module (internal facing only), to include elements for the Early Care and Education systems.
System assignments will include migrating the existing Apps & Claims Module (client facing and internal facing) to upgrade the code maintenance of this portal.
This position may be assigned to additional system development projects as needed to support the Agency and the Early Care and Education program.

This position supports the agency’s cybersecurity and data protection operations, with a focus on DLP, Insider Risk Management, Copilot/AI data security, auditing, vendor security reviews, and device patching. The analyst will review and triage security alerts, investigate access and movement of sensitive information, perform system and vendor audits, document findings, assist with incident escalation, and work with technical and business teams to strengthen the agency’s overall security and data governance posture.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and administer Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and controls.
Investigate potential data loss, data exposure, and unauthorized access incidents.
Support Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) initiatives related to AI and Copilot.
Review the movement, storage, and sharing of sensitive information.

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented, experienced Tableau Developer to join the Information Technology Division of the Department of Health and Human Services. This role will interface with key business stakeholders to provide solutions by leveraging Business Intelligence, data and technical skills.This is a hybrid role. The ongoing configuration, maintenance and support of the Tableau server product, along with operational support of the platform is expected to consume 25% of the role’s time. 50% will be spent on providing a centralized “center of excellence” in the use of Tableau, including the creation and care-taking for our internal user group, connections to key business stakeholders seeking to use the tool, and training staff on Tableau. The remaining 25% is expected to be aligned to consultation on the development of content.

Basic Qualifications:
