Scope of the project:

Lead the design and delivery of a law enforcement switch project supporting secure, real-time data exchange. Plan and execute project phases including requirements, development, testing, and deployment. Manage integration between applications and law enforcement databases for seamless interoperability. Ensure project deliverables meet performance, security, and compliance standards. Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and enforce development standards and best practices within the project team. Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and provide mitigation strategies.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

Develop .NET-based solutions using C#, ASP.NET, XML, JavaScript, and web services aligned with project scope.
Oversee SQL Server development including complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and data optimization.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with public safety objectives.

Excelraise, LLC is seeking an Evergreen Deployment Technician for our client in Charlotte, NC.

***This is Onsite Position***All work must be completed on-site***

This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project.

Specifics tasks include but are not limited to:

Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly), imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM, scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
The computer refreshes will take place at each end user’s desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.
Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.
Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar).- 2 years
