Excelraise, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager – Consultant for our client at Research at Columbia, SC 29201

 

Note:

SCDHHS is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead multiple IT infrastructure, cloud migration, network, cybersecurity, and modernization projects. Candidates must have 10+ years of enterprise project management experience, PMP certification, and strong Jira and Confluence administration skills. Experience managing projects exceeding $1 million, vendors, and executive stakeholders is required. The position is based in Columbia, SC, with a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite and 3 days remote), paying $92/hour on W2 (no benefits) for 12 months, with possible extension. Resume must not exceed 3 pages.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead concurrent IT infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, and modernization projects.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Use Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and governance.
  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, project portals, and document repositories.
  • Coordinate technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and improve project management processes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of enterprise project management experience.
  • PMP certification is mandatory.
  • Strong experience with Jira administration and Confluence administration.
  • Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise programs exceeding $1 million.
  • Strong vendor management and executive stakeholder communication skills.
  • Preferred: SharePoint Online, Azure DevOps, Medicaid/healthcare, and state/federal government experience.
  • Location: South Carolina resident, willing to relocate, or able to commute to Columbia, SC
