Excelraise, LLC is seeking a IT Trainer/Content Developer  for our client at Research  at District 1 (Gainesville) and District 2 (Tennille, GA)

Note

GDOT is seeking an IT Trainer/Content Developer to deliver virtual and on-site IT training for adult learners across GDOT. The candidate will develop training content, manage LMS activities, support user training needs, and travel to District and Area Office locations for on-site classes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual and on-site IT training for GDOT staff.
  • Develop and update training materials, guides, manuals, videos, and presentations.
  • Manage training schedules, enrollments, completions, grades, and surveys in the LMS.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with GDOT business and technical teams.
  • Conduct training through Microsoft Teams and classroom/computer lab environments.
  • Support IT projects, user acceptance testing, rollouts, and ongoing production operations.
  • Maintain accurate training, timekeeping, activity, and performance records.
  • Travel to GDOT locations for scheduled on-site training.
