Skills

• Thorough understanding of large and small-scale purchasing methods and procedures (Required – 3+ years)
• Thorough knowledge of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Invitations for Bids (IFBs), and procurement amendments (Required – 3+ years)
• Working knowledge of North Carolina General Statutes, NC Administrative Code, and State IT Term Contracts (Required – 3+ years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required – 3+ years)
• Ability to write extensive and complex technical specifications according to State and project requirements (Required – 3+ years)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and personalities (Required – 3+ years)
