Excelraise, LLC is seeking a  Service Support Analyst- Senior for our client in  Highway Building 1 South Wilmington Street Raleigh, NC. ***This is an on-site position.

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Working knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow applications.
• Excellent writing skills, knowledge, and ability to write policies and procedures.
• Ability to create step-by-step process flow charts.
• Associate’s degree in Business or Information Technology from an appropriately accredited institution with 6 years of experience – Desired
• Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline – Nice to have
