<p class="isSelectedEnd">The manager is looking for a <strong>strong Senior Salesforce Engineer</strong> who can take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, work closely with business and technical stakeholders, and contribute to both solution design and hands-on development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a <strong>complex public-sector environment</strong>, have strong experience with <strong>Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations</strong>, and be able to lead technical discussions while following Salesforce platform governance and security standards.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">• Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">• Evaluate solution options and recommend scalable, maintainable Salesforce approaches.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">• Lead <strong>solution design, integration architecture, blueprinting, and configuration strategies</strong>.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">• Develop and maintain <strong>Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows</strong>.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">• Design and support <strong>system integrations</strong> between Salesforce and enterprise applications.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">• Review <strong>Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter releases</strong> and identify breaking changes, deprecated functionality, new settings, and potential impacts.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">• Apply <strong>AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation</strong> where appropriate to improve Salesforce capabilities and business processes.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">• Ensure solutions follow <strong>security, compliance, platform governance, and engineering best practices</strong>.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with product owners, program teams, developers, architects, and other technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.</p>
