Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Technical Specialist- Network and Audio Visual Expert  for our client in 1915 Health Services Way Raleigh, NC (Onsite)

Skills

• A resource that understands networking technology and how Audio Visual works with it.
• Must have vast Cisco Webex experience along with setup of Webex Boards and all connectivity associated with that.
• Perform technical analysis of the current “as-built ” network/Webex infrastructure.
• Gather and define business, functional and technical requirements for Cisco Webex Infrastructure and software.
• Provide IT infrastructure/systems support and transition knowledge to operations and maintenance support staff.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Perform technical architecture and other deliverable reviews for large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructures, Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2); video conferencing; firewalls, voice, data and unified communications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and interviewing/facilitation skills.
• Experience acting as liaison between business and technical staff.
