Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Technical / Healthcare Programs) for our client.  Role is a Remote position.    

• This staff will need extensive experience in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, procurement, vendor oversight, and policy analysis.  Ability to travel within North Carolina and/or nationally about once a month (Research Triangle-based candidates preferred)

Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for internal and cross-agency coordination.
• Expertise in health IT, health services, and health policy; experience with clinical data in a Health Information Exchange context preferred.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement, vendor oversight, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to develop KPIs and continuous quality improvement processes.
• Familiarity with federal funding compliance and CMS program requirements.
