Excelraise, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager  for our client in 1915 Health Services Way, Raleigh, NC.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years managing multiple large, complex programs/projects.
  • 7+ years creating project roadmaps and portfolio planning.
  • 5+ years developing business cases, cost-benefit, and market analysis.
  • Proven success delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Experience managing project risks, schedules, quality, testing, communications, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Project and MS Office.

 

Highly Desired:

  • PMP Certification (PMI)
  • North Carolina or State Government experience
  • Experience leading statewide IT implementations
  • Legacy system replacement and data migration experience (3+ years)
  • Experience collaborating with State and Local Government agencies (3+ years)
