<li>The Data Migration Field Support Technician performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, new hardware deployments, portable and remote devices; all peripheral devices; data migration of emails and documents to central M365 tenant.</li>

<ul>
<li data-section-id="2eibz7" data-start="0" data-end="108">1+ year of experience troubleshooting and supporting <strong><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Microsoft Windows 11</span></span> environments.</strong></li>
<li data-section-id="1rzbn4i" data-start="110" data-end="285">3+ years of customer service experience with the ability to prioritize, manage, and resolve customer inquiries and trouble tickets based on business impact and user needs.</li>
<li data-section-id="hncmbs" data-start="287" data-end="431">2+ years of experience administering and troubleshooting <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Active Directory</span></span> users, computers, groups, and Group Policies.</li>
<li data-section-id="1y773qo" data-start="433" data-end="664">2+ years of experience onboarding and supporting users in <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Microsoft 365</span></span>, including <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">SharePoint</span></span>, <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">OneDrive</span></span>, and <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Microsoft Outlook</span></span>.</li>
<li data-section-id="1o62elp" data-start="666" data-end="908">2+ years of experience migrating end-user emails and documents to <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Microsoft 365</span></span> Outlook and OneDrive from on-premise Exchange environments, external Microsoft 365 tenants, and <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Google Workspace</span></span>.</li>
<li data-section-id="1iknbi2" data-start="910" data-end="1091">2+ years of experience troubleshooting <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Microsoft Office 2016</span></span>, including email migration, mailbox export/import, calendar synchronization, and contact management.</li>
