Excelraise, LLC is seeking a HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors / HCM Systems) for our client in Newport News, VA.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 Years with Bachelor’s Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master’s Degree.
• Prior HRIS Systems Work.
• Work with SuccessFactors or other HCM Systems.
• Technical configuration of systems for end users (NOT development or architecture).

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Prefer a candidate who demonstrates excellent communication skills both oral and written, ability to work independently, work well under stringent time constraints, ability to multi-task, and have strong time management skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes (recruiting, compensation, employee lifecycle).
• Hands-on, self-starter who is capable and willing to learn and grow with the business.
• Detail and results oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and under short turnaround times.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
