Excelraise, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Support Specialist  for our client. The Acquisition Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting all phases of the acquisition lifecycle.   This is a Remote position.

 

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience with public procurement processes and regulations, including compliance, policy interpretation, bid management, and government contracting procedures.
  • 7+ years of experience with technology-related contracting, preferably supporting Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) and large-scale public sector IT initiatives.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting and managing the full acquisition lifecycle, including solicitation development, RFP/RFQ preparation, contract negotiations, vendor evaluation, award processes, and contract administration.
  • 7+ years of experience working with contract management tools and procurement software for tracking procurement activities, vendor performance, compliance, and reporting.
  • 7+ years of experience conducting market research and cost analysis to support procurement strategies, budgeting, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Certified in NCCM – North Carolina Contract Manager Certification.
  • Certified in CPCM – Certified Professional Contracts Manager Certification.
