Excelraise, LLC is seeking a  Data Migration Field Support Technician  for our client in 451 W State St. Boise, ID.

  • The Data Migration Field Support Technician performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, new hardware deployments, portable and remote devices; all peripheral devices; data migration of emails and documents to central M365 tenant.

 

Skills

  • 1+ year of experience troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Windows 11 environments.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience with the ability to prioritize, manage, and resolve customer inquiries and trouble tickets based on business impact and user needs.
  • 2+ years of experience administering and troubleshooting Active Directory users, computers, groups, and Group Policies.
  • 2+ years of experience onboarding and supporting users in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • 2+ years of experience migrating end-user emails and documents to Microsoft 365 Outlook and OneDrive from on-premise Exchange environments, external Microsoft 365 tenants, and Google Workspace.
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2016, including email migration, mailbox export/import, calendar synchronization, and contact management.
  • Basic knowledge of wired and wireless network configuration and troubleshooting, including ping, traceroute, and connectivity diagnostics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide effective technical support to end users.
