Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Computer Operator 2 / Data Center Computer Operator OR NOC / Data Center Operations Analyst for our client in 148 Andrew Young International Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA. 

• This is a weekend shift with the hours of 7pm – 7am, Saturday and Sunday. They would then need to get in an additional 16 hours anytime during the week. These additional 16hrs can be picked up on any shift. 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

Required Skills & Experience

• Completion of either a two-year certificate/degree from a college, university, or technical school in an IT field or equivalent work experience in IT.
• 2+ years of experience as a Computer Operator in a large Data Center.
• 2+ years of experience with a Network Operations Center (NOC).
• 2+ years of experience with Production Control.
• 2+ years of experience with Control-M.
• 2+ years of experience with TPE/BPE Manager.
• 2+ years of experience with Data Center security.
• 2+ years of experience with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in a Data Center.
• 2+ years of experience with electrical power systems in a Data Center, including generators and UPS.
• 2+ years of experience working with raised floor environments in a Data Center.
• 2+ years of experience with fire detection and fire suppression systems in a Data Center.
• 2+ years of experience with Change Management policies, procedures, and software.
• 2+ years of experience with Incident/Problem Management policies, procedures, and software.
• 2+ years of experience with Asset Management policies, procedures, and software.
• 2+ years of experience with networking technologies such as LAN/WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, and SNA.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
• 2+ years of experience with automated job schedulers.
• 2+ years of experience managing hardware/software maintenance contracts.
• 2+ years of experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
• 2+ years of experience with distributed servers running AIX, Linux, and Windows.

• 2+ years of experience working with State and/or Federal government environments.
