• Experience creating portfolio roadmaps (7+ Years).
• Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and market analysis (5+ Years).
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope, and schedule (7+ Years).
• Strong decision-making skills based on strategic objectives, business performance, and resource availability.
• Hands-on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications (7+ Years).
• Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation, training, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project (7+ Years).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (7+ Years).
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Highly Desired).
• State Government experience (Highly Desired).
