Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst for our client in Corinne Utah. 

Northrop Grumman is looking for a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 4 to support our Program scheduling department. As a member of the scheduling department you’ll get to schedule for NASA’s SLS Booster program. This position will serve on-site at Promontory Utah

Responsibilities

Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Creates visuals that represent the program plan.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, macros)
  • Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
  • Understand CPM and EVMS and how they interact within a scheduling software.
  • 3+ years in Primavera P6 software.
  • Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
  • Primavera Scheduling Software
