Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst- Senior  for our client in 1417 N. Church Street
Rocky Mount, NC. 

• **The candidate will need to come on-site on the first day to collect equipment.**
• **This position requires 3 days onsite per week at DMV Rocky Mount with limited travel to office locations as needed to assess business processes.**
• Business Analyst to operate within a product driven delivery model and contribute directly to defining, refining, and supporting product value delivery.

Skills

• Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or similar role – 5+ years required
• Requirements definition, user story creation, workflows, and acceptance criteria – 5+ years required
• End-to-end analysis across workflows, data, systems, and business rules – 5+ years required
• Problem solving, root cause analysis, and structuring ambiguous information – 5+ years required
• Partnership with Product Owners for feature refinement and outcome definition – 3+ years required
• Cross-workstream collaboration with Development, Data, Testing, OCM, and Implementation teams – 3+ years required
• Supporting testing, UAT, training readiness, and requirements traceability – 3+ years required
• Process mapping and workflow design – 3+ years required
• Experience working in Agile, iterative, or fast-paced delivery environments – 2+ years highly desired
• Product-driven delivery, feature refinement, backlog readiness, and outcome alignment – 2+ years desired
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Microsoft Project – 1+ year nice to have
