Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Product Manager- Mid Level  for our client in 1417 N. Church Street Rocky Mount, NC. 

  • Tech‑savvy Vendor Manager to lead complex vendor relationships, enforce contracts, and drive performance. This hands‑on role coordinates multiple vendors, resolves issues early, ensures accountability, and aligns work to DMV goals.
  • The candidate will need to come on-site on the first day to collect equipment.**
  • **This position requires 3 days onsite per week at DMV Rocky Mount with limited travel to office locations as needed to assess business processes.**

 

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management for complex technology contracts.
  • 5+ years of experience with state government procurement and contracts.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple IT vendors across modernization and operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract interpretation, Statement of Work (SOW) analysis, and compliance support.
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating across IT, business, product, testing, and operations teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor performance management and escalation handling.
  • 3+ years of technical knowledge of systems, integrations, data, and testing. Desired
  • 3+ years of experience in financial and contract lifecycle management. Desired
  • 3+ years of experience in government, modernization programs, or regulated environments. Desired
  • 2+ years of experience driving continuous improvement of vendor processes and performance. Desired
