Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Network Security Administrator for our client.This opportunity is remote, but the candidate must currently reside in Colorado. Must be available for 40 hours per week.  Must participate in the on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• Palo Alto Firewalls: Zones, security policies, Site-to-Site VPN, NAT, and basic threat prevention.
• Cisco ASA: Configuration, troubleshooting, and rule management.
• Networking: Routing protocols, subnetting, OSI model, and general network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and execute Firewall Service Requests (FSRs), break-fix tickets, and formal change requests.
• Support decommissioning and refresh of End-of-Life (EOL) network hardware.
• Implement security controls and configurations to maintain IRS, FBI, and CJI compliance.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
• Support scheduled after-hours maintenance and emergency response activities.
