Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst- Expert for our client at Raleigh, NC (Remote)

 

Note:

Strong Business Analyst needed to support multiple technology project initiatives. The candidate should have solid experience in requirements management, test planning/execution, business process analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and PMO activities. Experience supporting procurement specification development, vendor delivery, go-live activities, and change management is highly valuable. Candidate must currently reside in North Carolina and be available onsite on the first day to collect equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across multiple technology projects.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
  • Identify and document business processes, issues, capabilities, metrics, and value levers.
  • Analyze current as-is business capabilities and processes.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Develop test strategies, test plans, and manage test execution.
  • Support procurement specification development and vendor requirements.
  • Perform industry, competitive, financial, operational, and state-level analysis.
  • Support business case development and market research.
  • Coordinate system go-live, conversion, training, support, and logistics activities.
  • Support change management and communications initiatives.
  • Perform PMO activities, including status reporting, work-plan updates, time tracking, and service metrics.
  • Monitor and support vendor delivery and project administration.
