Excelraise, LLC is seeking a NCDOT – Technical Specialist- Mid Level  for our client  (Remote).

  • We are seeking a skilled ArcGIS Developer with expertise in ArcGIS API for JavaScript v3 and/or ArcGIS API for JavaScript v4. The ideal
    candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining GIS applications, integrating geospatial data, and working with APIs to enhance mapping functionalities.
  • The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modify and create dynamic web-based GIS applications to update a permitting system for the NC Department of Transportation that is used for issuing permits to oversized/over-weight trucks traveling on NC highways. The candidate will be responsible for migrating maps from older versions of ArcGIS to current version and enhancing functionality.

  • ArcGIS API for JavaScript (v3) or ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript (v4)
  • ArcGIS REST API
  • Azure DevOps or other version control system
  • SQL database
  • TypeScript.   Highly desired
