Excelraise, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager (Storage Infrastructure) for our client in Anderson, SC.

  • ***Role is 100% remote***
  • *** This position will work a maximum of 10 hours per week***
  • ***Candidate will be required to be close to the Clemson facility for emergency purposes, as needed for disaster recovery***
  • ***Current SC residency required***
  • ***Interview Process: 1 round, virtual (video required) ***

This will be a 1year contract working at the Clemson university information technology center with the possibility of extension. This position will work a maximum of 10 hours per week.

  • Responsibility:
    • Architects, develops, and implements architecture for highly specialized IT architecture. Serves as storage infrastructure architect for mission critical systems. Check system health of; KAFKA, SAMQFS, ZFS, ESXI, SPLUNK, OPENDUTY, NAGIOS.
    • Performs the independent analysis, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of complex web, mainframe, and/or client server technologies. Architect, deploy and manage systems software, hardware, and related systems. Provides technical support in developing, maintaining, installing, and using operating systems and subsystems for mission critical systems.
    • Subject matter expert to design, create, install, and maintain system software support elements on mission critical systems. Tune systems for optimal performance. Track system capacity.
    • Ensure system stability. Train and advise skilled systems programmers i and ii and provide expert technical assistance for others. Collaborate and liaise with other units and serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert.
  • Basic Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of experience with SAMQFS
    • 10+ years of experience with SL8500
    • 10+ years of experience with ACSLS
    • 10+ years of experience with Clemson – USCALIFORNIA DRBS relationship
    • Bachelor’s degree in math, science, or technical field.

    • PERL
    • C
    • SPLUNK
    • ESXI
    • System performance review
    • Trouble shoot complex systems
