Excelraise, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager – Executive for our client in 1801 Main Street, Columbia, SC.

  • Interview Process: 1 round, Virtual/Online
  • Work Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
  • Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident. No relocation allowed.

 

Skills

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within network infrastructure, server, and system administration operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of related work experience.
  • PMP Certification.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Additional IT certifications
  • Experience with healthcare and all healthcare related requirements.
  • HIPAA, CDC, and other network infrastructure and server frameworks.
  • Prior experience in working with Microsoft products as well as SolarWinds tools.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Project Administration team, ensuring alignment with I&O leadership objectives
  • Collaborate with staff, management, and vendors to manage project plans, reports, metrics, and documentation
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources for IT infrastructure and server projects
  • Implement project management processes to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance
  • Work with technical teams and stakeholders to create clear deliverables for varied audiences
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Act as SME/POC for SDLC processes and project management practices
  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting, and overall productivity
