Excelraise, LLC is seeking a RHT Provider Relations and Outreach Lead  for our client. This is a fully Remote position.

 

Skills

  • 5+ years of extensive experience working in healthcare or Health IT, with a strong focus on advocating for providers delivering patient or population care.
  • 7+ years of experience working with customers to effectively position technology services and communicate compelling value propositions.
  • 7+ years of exceptional customer service experience, demonstrating strong situational awareness and relationship management skills.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage sales leads and customer interactions.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytical problem-solving, including identifying issues, resolving service challenges, and closing gaps in customer support and service delivery.
