Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator  for our client in 200 Piedmont Ave SE, Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a project coordinator to support the Project Management team and related technology initiatives.  Local candidates only. The selected candidate will need to attend onsite meetings as required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate cross-functional information technology projects to ensure timely delivery of results and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes, and distribute updates to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Monitor, track, and maintain project documentation, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct follow-ups with team members and stakeholders to ensure project activities and deadlines are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business teams to define, document, and manage project scope and high-level requirements.
  • Support project execution by gathering requirements, facilitating design discussions, overseeing application development, coordinating testing, training, and managing rollout schedules to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate project status updates and resource forecasts within reporting tools.
  • Utilize reporting tools to communicate project progress, updates, and upcoming activities to customers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing status reports, communication materials, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, project schedules, and RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs.
  • Manage customer relationships by setting expectations, communicating project status, and reporting lessons learned and retrospective findings.
  • Build and maintain effective communication and collaborative working relationships with project team members and stakeholders.
