Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for our client (Remote).

  • The State of Connecticut is launching its first enterprise-level Grants Management Solution, a high-profile initiative that will standardize and modernize the way state agencies administer grants.
  • This exciting initiative is in its early stages and offers a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to lead this enterprise technology initiative.
  • The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the project from initiation to closure and lead a cross-functional team of agency stakeholders, business users, IT professionals, and vendor partners.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public sector project delivery, enterprise systems implementation, and vendor management.
  • This role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, change management, and strategic coordination to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the new solution across state agencies.
  • Proposal writing.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field.
