Excelraise, LLC is seeking a SAO Instructional Designer (Hybrid) for our client in 200 Piedmont Avenue SE, Suite 1604, West Tower, Atlanta, GA.

  • The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing innovative instructional programs and materials that align with organizational goals and learner needs for the State Accounting Office (SAO).
  • This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills to create engaging and effective learning experiences. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of training content.

 

Skills

  • Successfully contributed to the implementation of a large-scale ERP transition to the Workday solution.
  • Expertise in designing and developing comprehensive instructional materials, including course summary sheets, learning objectives, facilitator guides, participant manuals, and training documentation.
  • Strong experience with instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation, and adult learning principles.
  • Skilled in creating engaging learning content tailored to diverse audiences and organizational training needs.
