Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Security Architect – Consultant (Cybersecurity Engineer)  for our client.  Role is 100% Remote.   No SC residency required. Open to nationwide candidates.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field
  • 8+ years of cybersecurity experience can substitute for the degree
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise security tools (SIEM, Cribl, XDR, Vulnerability Management, DLP, Endpoint Security)
• 5+ years of experience supporting large IT environments and/or system deployments
• 5+ years of experience developing automation and integrations using scripting languages such as Python and Bash

Preferred Skills:

• CISSP or Security+ certification
• Experience in SIEM administration, analysis, and reporting
• Experience building and deploying Linux-based security sensors
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, CMS MARS-E)
• Candidate based in or near Columbia, SC (or surrounding areas in South Carolina)
