Provide three (3) professional (REQUIRED) references with Contact Name, Title, Contact, and Relation to the candidate (You). Candidates without professional references included will not get considered.

NOTE: Submission process requires Right to Represent Form. We will be emailing the RTR Form at your registered email address. Our associate will reach out to you and guide you through the process.

1. I allow Excelraise LLC directly to submit my candidacy for assignment at the end client within the given Pay rate range. In the event, my name is submitted to the end client by another firm, for the same requisition, either with my knowledge or without, I agree to notify Excelraise LLC immediately. I will be available for a Face-to-Face interview. I will relocate at my own expense.
2. Background check is part of the onboarding process, Verification company will check the last 7 years of employment history, therefore, every detail in the resume which includes but not limited to Employer Name, Location, Job Title, and Job duration (Start Date - End Date) must be correct. The applicant needs to provide either the Copy of W2 or Pay Stub to complete the process.
3. Any changes at your ends from interviewing with other companies, accepting another offer, or even complete change of heart- you need to let us know immediately. We can decline the application in the system and update the client accordingly.
4. All communication with our client needs to be cleared by us, if there's something you want to say or email or tweet – you are required to check with us first.
