Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer for our client at 1915 Health Services Way, Raleigh, NC 27607.

 

Note

The manager is looking for a strong Senior Salesforce Engineer who can take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, work closely with business and technical stakeholders, and contribute to both solution design and hands-on development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a complex public-sector environment, have strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations, and be able to lead technical discussions while following Salesforce platform governance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.

• Evaluate solution options and recommend scalable, maintainable Salesforce approaches.

• Lead solution design, integration architecture, blueprinting, and configuration strategies.

• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

• Design and support system integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.

• Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter releases and identify breaking changes, deprecated functionality, new settings, and potential impacts.

• Apply AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation where appropriate to improve Salesforce capabilities and business processes.

• Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, platform governance, and engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, program teams, developers, architects, and other technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
