Excelraise, LLC is seeking a  SharePoint Technical Specialist – Junior – ECM Solutions Designer fo for our client.  This is a Remote position but Candidate must currently live in North Carolina.

  • Note – **Selected candidate must be comfortable using their own equipment to remote into a virtual workspace. A laptop will not be provided.** **No computer programming/coding will be performed in this position.**
  • SharePoint Technical Specialist – Junior – ECM Solutions Designer for a 12-month contract engagement for the Engineering Application Services Department.

 

Skills

  • Experience as a Business Analyst
  • Extensive experience as a SharePoint Designer or SharePoint Site Owner
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps tool suite
  • SharePoint experience designing, validating, and supporting web and workflow solutions, including custom lists, libraries, and content types
  • Strong background in comprehensive QA testing, including system-level, workflow, scenario-based, and edge-case validation
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience evaluating business processes and performing business process re-engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight
    Positive interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and business concepts
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience creating user-focused documentation (guides, technical references, and knowledge articles) aligned with WCAG standards
  • Working knowledge of NCDOT’s Preconstruction business process.    Desired
  • Understanding of NCDOT’s Transportation Life Cycle business process.   Desired
  • Experience with Balsamiq Wireframes.   Desired
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Applications.   Desired
  • Experience working in ServiceNow.   Desired
  • Experience working with Microsoft Copilot agents.   Desired
