Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Technical Writer- Mid Level  for our client. This is a Remote position. 

  • This position is responsible for editing and refining business and technical documentation, procurement materials, and other Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) program documents required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

 

Skills

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to synthesize technical and narrative information for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management tools.
  • Comfort with technical documentation tools, workflow systems, and collaborative platforms.
  • Skilled in translating complex technical, financial, and program information for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in structuring documents, managing version control, and maintaining consistency across large documentation sets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to clarify gaps, identify risks, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively with SMEs, project teams, and Medicaid business units.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and tracking skills.
  • Comfort with technical documentation tools, workflow systems, and collaborative platforms.
