Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Tester (UAT/QA Analyst) (100% Remote). The selected consultant will provide advanced testing expertise, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure applications meet business and technical requirements.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual testing, UAT, defect management, test planning, and Agile delivery environments. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, business analysts, and project teams to ensure successful system implementation and release.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into effective test cases.
  • Experience designing and executing complex test scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test management tools.
  • Strong defect management and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), security testing fundamentals, and performance testing concepts.
  • Experience creating and maintaining traceability matrices and test documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

 

Work Environment

  • 100% Remote position.
  • Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
  • Must be available for collaboration with project teams and business stakeholders during working hours.
  • Candidate must provide their own office equipment, internet connectivity, and phone for remote work.
  • Occasional onsite attendance may be required upon reasonable notice.
