Job Description

Excelraise, LLC is a rapidly growing full-service IT solutions integrator and talent management company headquartered in Denver, CO. Our valued client*s includes fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies.

Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a The Service Configuration Manager with our direct client in Raleigh, NC.

  • The Service Configuration Manager is essential in establishing, maintaining, and governing the Configuration Management Database(CMDB) in preparation for the implementation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • This role ensures that the agency’s IT infrastructure, services, and assets are accurately recorded, tracked, and maintained to facilitate smooth integration with ServiceNow.

 

Skills

  • Experience in IT Configuration Management, including hands-on experience with CMDB tools and processes.
  • Proven track record in leading Configuration Management efforts in a large organization, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management and Service Configuration Management best practices.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience conducting audits and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to mentor and train teams on the use and value of Configuration Management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management processes and best practices (ITIL framework).    Highly desired
  • Certifications in ITIL, ITIL Service Transition, and/or Configuration Management Databases.
